Tripoli Zoo - News and a Call for Help
Dr Kaal Jallal a Libyan and a Dublin trained vet writes the following:
"The tiger is in really poor condtion. An elephant with no water. hippos in putrid stench of that indoor pool. The tiger really look starved. He cannot be feeding that tiger to start with if this is how he looks, it takes time to lose all that muscle. The water issue is untenable."
He goes on to state 'they' need urgent help from someone who know about these large animals.
